Social Work Services – Implementing Agency For The Open All-Day Event At The Kirsten Boie Schule And Willinghusen Elementary Schools. The Full Scope Of Services Can Be Found In The Service Description, Which Must Be Provided, Among Other Things: The Provider Offers All Pupils At The School Reliable Care 5 Days A Week (Mon - Fri) - If Possible In A Class Group - In Addition To The Reliable Primary School Time. The Following Offer Times Are Currently Planned: • 12 P.M./1 P.M. Or School Ends By 4 P.M. (= Core Time); • 7:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M. (= Early Care); • 4:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. (= Late Care). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For The Off-Peak Times (Early And Late Care), A Needs-Based Offer Must Be Available For A Demand Of 13 Places Or More. In Addition To Daily Homework And Lunch Supervision, The All-Day Concept Includes Free Time For E.G. B. Free Play, Exercise And Rest Times As Well As Course Or Topic Offerings (Ags). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Provider Offers Holiday Care During The Holiday Periods From At Least 8 A.M. To 4 P.M. And Provides For A Closing Period Of 4 Weeks, Of Which 2 Weeks Are In The 2Nd To 5Th. Week Of Summer Vacation, One Week During Winter Vacation And One Week During Fall Or Spring Vacation. The Closing Times Should Be Staggered To The Other School So That Alternative Care Is Guaranteed At The Other School. The Closing Times Are Determined By The Provider After Consultation With The School Management. These Must Be Communicated To Parents In Good Time In Advance. In Addition, Full Support Must Be Ensured On Flexible Holiday Days And School Development Days. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Provider Has The Duty Of Supervision Outside Of Class Times Within The Scope Of The Open All-Day Offer. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Provider Ensures Functioning And Sustainable Communication With The Legal Guardians (E.G. Through Information Events, Parents Evenings, Parent-Teacher Discussions, App-Based Communication Platform...) And Offers Opportunities To Participate In The Design Of The Offer. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Participation In The Open All-Day Event Is Generally Voluntary, But Is Mandatory For A Certain Period Of Time (At Least For One School Semester) After Registration. At The Beginning Of A School Year Or Half-Year (Depending On The Timing Of The Respective Offer).
