The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is To Appoint A General Planner, In The Person Of An Architect / A Group Of Architects, As Well As His Team Of Specialists Composed Of: * A Civil Engineer, * An Engineer In Electrical Installations, * An Engineer In Sanitary Installations, * An Engineer In Heating-Ventilation-Cr Installations, * A Technical Coordinator, * A Building Physicist, * A Specialist In Fire Safety. Bidders Are Asked To Develop A Project On The Basis Of The Program Established By The Project Owner For The Restoration, Energy And Technical Sanitation, And Interior Design (And Compliance With Standards: Universal Accessibility, Compliance According To Bpa And Sia 358, Security In Terms Of Fire Protection, Etc.)
