The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is To Appoint A General Planner, In The Person Of An Architect / A Group Of Architects, As Well As His Team Of Specialists Composed Of: * A Civil Engineer, * An Engineer In Electrical Installations, * An Engineer In Sanitary Installations, * An Engineer In Heating-Ventilation-Cr Installations, * A Technical Coordinator, * A Building Physicist, * A Specialist In Fire Safety. Bidders Are Asked To Develop A Project On The Basis Of The Program Established By The Project Owner For The Restoration, Energy And Technical Sanitation, And Interior Design (And Compliance With Standards: Universal Accessibility, Compliance According To Bpa And Sia 358, Security In Terms Of Fire Protection, Etc.) Of The Bergières Childrens Life Center And To Direct The Completion Of The Project. This Group Will Be Able To Add The Necessary Skills Of Other Engineers Subsequently. The Technical Approach To The Project Must Take Into Account The Heritage And Architectural Value Of The Object. A Rating Of *1* Was Awarded By The Directorate Of Archeology And Heritage (Dgip), Monuments And Sites Division Of The Canton Of Vaud. A Process For Classification As A Historic Monument Is Underway. The General Planner Is Expected To Show Strong Sensitivity And Particular Attention During Interventions On This Subject. The General Planner Must Also Demonstrate Expertise In Cultural Objects. The Technical Approach Must Also Take Into Account The Fact That The Bergières School Site Will Remain In Operation Throughout The Duration Of The Project; Particular Attention Must Be Paid To The Organization Of The Site.
