Environmental Rehabilitation - Recultivation Of The City Lake In Chodzież In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Pn. Protection Of The Resources Of The Noteć River Catchment In The Zit Mof Piła Area. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Reclamation Services Of The City Lake In Chodzież In 2026 And 2027. Reclamation Will Be Carried Out Based On The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order [Opz] And The Water Law Permit Decision For The Recultivation Of The City Lake In Chodzież (No. D.Ruz.4210.24.2025 Of June 23, 2025 ), Issued By The State Water Management Board Of Polish Waters - Regional Water Management Board In Bydgoszcz. Opz, The Above-Mentioned Decision And Supplementary Materials Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Direct Ecological Effect Of The Recultivation Works Will Be The Improvement Of The Physico-Chemical Parameters Of The Waters Of The City Lake In Chodzież, Characterized By A Reduction In The Number Of Water Blooms (Especially Cyanobacterial Blooms), Regulation Of The Trophic Pyramid In The Lake, Limitation Of The Internal Supply Of Phosphorus From Bottom Sediments And An Increase In Water Transparency. The Works Are Intended To Stimulate The Biological Mechanisms Of Lake Protection (Including The Development Of Submerged Macrophytes) And To Stimulate The Lakes Self-Reclamation Processes. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following: • Inactivation Of Biogenic Compounds In The Lake; • Biomanipulation Consisting In Catching Excess Planktivorous Fish; • Biomanipulation Consisting In Stocking The Lake With Predatory Species (Pike, Zander); • Construction Of Infrastructure To Supply Water From One Stream Rich In Nitrates To The Bottom Of The Lake; • Reintroduction Of Underwater Vegetation: Stoneworts; • Delivery And Installation Of 5 Renewable Energy Aerators; • Permanent Phosphorus Inactivation Zones; • Environmental Monitoring. 2. Project Area And Boundaries - Basic Morphometric Data Of The City Lake In Chodzież: • Water Surface Area – 115.5 Ha, • Lake Volume – Approx. 4.5–5.0 Million M³ (Estimated Value), • Maximum Depth – Approx. 10.0–11.0 M, • Average Depth – Approx. 4.0–4.5 M. 2.
