Repair And Maintenance Services Of Water Meters – Rental Services, Maintenance & Remote Reading Of Cold Water And Sanitary Hot Water Meters Installed In Real Estate Groups Managed By Lo.P.A.C. Of Loise. The Subject Of This Call For Tenders Is The Rental, Maintenance & Remote Reading Of Cold Water And Domestic Hot Water Meters Installed In Real Estate Groups Managed By Opac De Loise. Given The Current Lifespan Of The Meters, The Buyer Wishes To Retain Existing Meters When Their Maintenance Is Technically Possible And Compatible With The Proposed Remote Reading Solution. The Services Are The Subject Of A Single Lot The Contract Is Concluded For A Firm Duration Of Ten (10) Years Between June 1, 2026 And May 31, 2036. In The Event That Notification Cannot Take Place Before The Date Of June 1, 2026, The Contract Will Then Take Effect On The Date Of Notification Of It To The Holder, The Expiry Date Remaining May 31, 2036. The Contract Is Subject To Two Types Of Services: O Rental, Maintenance And Remote Reading Services Processed At A Fixed Price O Ancillary Services Processed In Application Of The Prices As Specified In The Unit Price Schedule Services At Unit Prices Are Carried Out Without A Minimum Amount With A Maximum Of 500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract
