Expression of Interest for IFC Africa Region Environmental & Social Support Framework (Appraisal/ESDD and Supervision). Description: This procurement establishes a multiyear, calloff framework for the IFC Africa Region to access environmental and social (E&S) consulting support across appraisal/ESDD and supervision. The arrangement will create a panel of up to three firms that, collectively, provide complementary geographic, linguistic and technical coverage (mosaic model) for assignments across the Africa Region. Work will be commissioned as needed via IFCauthorized calloffs/work orders (no guaranteed minimum), under IFC oversight and using IFC templates and evidence standards. Typical tasks include: (i) appraisal/ESDD inputs for complex or geographically dispersed transactions (including multisite corporates); (ii) supervision support for eligible projects, including deskbased AMR reviews and consultantled site supervision visits (SSVs); (iii) FI ESMS/portfolio reviews and sampling; and (iv) targeted specialist reviews (e.g., labor, gender, OHS/process safety, air quality, water/groundwater, biodiversity, community health and safety, supply chain). All work will align with IFCs Sustainability Framework, Performance Standards and ESRP, and applicable WBG EHS Guidelines; IFC retains accountability for conclusions and system updates.
