Quotation are invited for Supply of Food Items, Hygiene Items and/or Kitting FUNDED BY: United States Department of States Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (USDOS PRM) Phased Procurement and Anticipated Purchase Orders This RFQ covers an open, phased procurement for approximately 24,000 food kits and 10,000 hygiene kits, along with the affiliated kitting and shipping. Vendors may submit bids for all or any portion of the total quantities and may bid on items, complete kits, kitting services, and/or shipping, as permitted under this RFQ Phase 1 Approximately 2,800 food kits and 2,800 hygiene kits Vendors awarded under this phase must be able to support shipment scheduled Apr 17 (estimated), with arrival in Santiago de Cuba April 23 (est.) Phase 2 Approximately 6,800 food kits and 2,800 hygiene kits Vendors awarded under this phase must be able to support shipment scheduled for May 1 (est.) with arrival in Santiago de Cuba May 7 (est.) Subsequent Phases Additional purchase orders are anticipated and will be issued on a rolling basis under this same RFQ for the remaining 14,400 food kits and 4,400 hygiene kits.
