Expression of Interest for Consultancy to Support the Evaluation of the Caribbean Cooperation in Health Iv (CCH), the Development of the CCH V and the Five-Year Costed CCH V Implementation Plan. The purpose of this contract is as follows: The purpose of the consultancy is to (1) conduct an evaluation and provide a comprehensive, evidenceinformed report on the Caribbean Cooperation in Health Phase IV (2016-2025), including feedback from consultations, and to make recommendations for the next phase CCH-V, and (2) to develop the Caribbean Cooperation in Health Phase V Strategic Framework (2026-2035) with the accompanying (3) implementation plan and (4) monitoring, evaluation and learning plan, including recommendations from consultations on the strategic approach, strategic priority areas and strategic objectives. The consultancy will be guided by the Caribbean Cooperation in Health Steering Committee, comprising representatives from CARICOM, CARPHA, PAHO, and Member States. All experts who have a crucial role in implementing the contract are referred to as key experts. The profiles of the key experts for this contract are as follows. Key expert 1: Lead Consultant/Health Policy Expert Qualifications and skills At least a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Health Policy, Public Health or a related field.
