Tenders are invited for External Audit for 3 Years. Description: This tender aims to appoint a consulting firm to conduct a financial audit for the Finance Department regarding the issuance of financial statements for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Required deliverables (in Arabic and English): - Audit of annual financial statements. - Issuance of Management Letter Points (MLPs). - Report on the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system. - Review of quarterly financial reports. - Annual report on Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICRF). - Review of the management cost report related to the split between transmission and distribution for electricity and water activities. Bidders should ensure that there are no existing contracts or agreements in force with Kahramaa during the audit period, nor any other relationships that may compromise independence or affect the objectivity of the financial statements.
