General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Small Works for Civil Works Package Pembangunan Jalan Baru Kretek-Girijati (Lot 17a), Province D.I. Yogyakarta. The Government of Indonesia has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in the amount of United States Dollar: One Hundred and Fifty Million (USD150,000,000) toward the cost of the Development of Trans South-South Java Road Project, Phase II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Package Lot 17A: Kretek Girijati Stage 2. The Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of Public Works (MoPW), hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a new road with a total length of 0.98 km (from Sta. 5+000 to Sta. 5+985), which serves as a continuation of Lot 17, along with road widening on both sides and the provision of other roadside facilities along a 1.87 km section of the KretekGrogol alignment, which is located before STA 0+000 of Lot 17. The main purpose of this section/lot is to construct a new paved road located in Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The margin of preference shall not be applied. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Electronic Procurement (e-Procurement) System through the website specified at the end of this invitation. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the IsDB Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Project Financing (latest edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.5 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDBs policy on conflict of interest. Post-qualification of bidders will be required for this Package / Lot No. 17A Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information about the bidding process and of the bidding documents, electronically from the Procurement Team (POKJA) BP2JK, for Specific Works for DGH at the email address below. A complete set of bidding documents in the English Language may be obtained / downloaded through the electronic Procurement (e-Proc) at the website stated at the end of this invitation. Bids must be delivered (uploaded) at the website stated below on or before 10.00 (WIB) and (date) March 30, 2026 (30 days to prepare complete and responsive bids). Electronic bidding will be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in a form of a Bank (Demand) Guarantee in the amount of IDR 1.769.000.000 or equivalent to any freely convertible currency.
