ECOWAS PARLIAMENT has allocated funds within the framework of the execution of its 2025 budget towards the Supply of Two (2) Vehicles for ECOWAS Parliament and therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders in one (1) Lot for: One (1) Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) and One (1) Standard Minibus. 2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the address below, during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Nigeria Time), ECOWAS Parliament, Directorate of Administration and Finance, Procurement Unit, General Administration and Conference Division, 1st Floor, Herbert Macaulay Way, Garki, Abuja. 4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security (ORIGINAL Bank Guarantee) of Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only (NGN4, 500,000.00). The Bid Security shall remain valid for 150 days after bid opening. The template is included in the bidding documents. 5. Bids (1 original and 3 copies) SHALL be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked Local Competitive Bidding for Supply of Two (2) Vehicles for ECOWAS Parliament Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the OPENING COMMITTEE. The envelope SHALL also indicate the bidders name. 6. Bids shall be deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located at the Directorate of Administration and Finance, Ground Floor, Herbert Macaulay Way, Garki, Abuja, Nigeria on or before Friday, 17th April 2026 at 11:00 am (Nigeria Time). 7. Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at 11:30 am, (Nigeria Time) at the ECOWAS Parliament Committee Room, Ground Floor, Herbert Macaulay Way, Garki, Abuja (either a physical opening session or via online participation to be confirmed).
