Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled Creation Of New Kindergarten Places In Educational Institutions Of The Liszki Commune Along With Inclusive Education And Implementation Of Additional Tasks

1. Task No. 1: Delivery Of Furniture: A) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery And Assembly In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Of Furniture: Tables, Chairs, A High Shelf For Teaching Aids, A Soundproofing Shelter, A Rehabilitation Mattress, Foam Poufs, A Cabinet And Soundproofing Panels - In Accordance With The Assortment And Quantities Included In Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz.B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1 Includes Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz.C) The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Elements Of The Same Type Covered By The Subject Of The Order Come From One Collection, I.E. That They Have A Common Style, Color, Form And Details. The Furniture Should Constitute Elements Of A Furniture System With Assigned Symbols, Which The Contractor Has In Its Offer Or Will Create It For The Purposes Of The Procedure, Enabling The Ordering Party To Change The Configuration Of The Furniture And Expand It With Additional Elements In The Future. D) The Delivered Equipment Elements Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel Intended For The European Union, And The Use Of The Delivered Product By The Ordering Party Cannot Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Offer Someone Elses Product Under His Own Brand While Concealing The Original Markings. If There Is A Suspicion Of Offering As Its Own Product That Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under A Different Name, The Contractor Will Be Asked To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entity Holding The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product To Modify And Further Resell The Product Under A Different Name. In The Absence Of Written Consent Of The Entity Possessing The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Further Resale Of The Product Under A Different Name, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. E) The Delivered Equipment Elements And Other Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, Free From Defects, Fully Functional And Ready To Be Used In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose, Must Comply With Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights And Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Specification Of Conditions Order.F) The Costs And Risk Of Transport, Delivery, Packaging And Insurance During The Transport Of The Products Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.2. The Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects For Devices Or Accessories For Which No Other Period Is Specified In Annex 4.1 To The Swz Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.3. All Delivered Devices And Accessories Should Comply With Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, In The Order As In Art. 101 Pzp.4.
