Work Detail
The Contract Includes The Annual Isv Testing Of Heavy Vehicles For The Period[1] From July 1, 2026 To Mid-2033. The Contract Also Includes The Purchase, Inspection And Modification, If Relevant, Of The Necessary Vehicles, Including Transport To And From The Test Locations. Every Year, The Rdw Will Determine The Families To Be Tested And Divide The Associated Test Tasks And Vehicle Acquisition Among The Contractors. In Terms Of Timeframes, The Isv Test Period 2026 Has An Average Higher Burden, Because Retroactively The Isv Test Period 2025 Must Also Be Carried Out In The Year 2026[2]. [1] Isv Hdv Test Periods Run From July 1 Of A Given Year To June 30 Of The Following Year, According To (Eu)2019/1242 Art. 3, Point 3Bis. Reporting Period [2] The Legislation And Supervisory Task For Isv-Hdv Comes Into Force On 1 June 2025. It Has Been Decided To Carry Out The Implementation For 2025 And 2026 Simultaneously In 2026. This Assignment/Agreement Relates To The Following Activities: Acquisition Of The Vehicles, Including The Requirements From The Sor For Vehicle Families Selected By The Rdw Finding Suitable Vehicles, Which Require As Few Adjustments As Possible As Described In Point (D); Obtaining (Purchasing/Renting) Vehicles For Testing Expected To Last An Average Of Six Working Weeks; Checking Suitability For The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations; Vehicle Inspection And Make Any Adjustments To Ensure Vehicle(S) Conform To The Specifications As Described In The Customer Information File (Kid)/Certificate Of Conformity (Cvo). This Includes: Being Able To Return/Restore The Drivetrain Configuration As Described In The Kid. Some Examples (But Not Exhaustive): Checking The Co₂ Certificate Numbers On The Nameplates Of The Engine, Transmission And Axle(S) Of The Physical Vehicle. Also The (Ability To) Return/Restore The Aerodynamic Configuration, Such As Adding Or Removing Aero Components, The (Possibly) Removal Of After Market Parts, E.G. Sunshades Or Air Conditioning Units, But Also The (Ability To) Remove Any Superstructure To Be Able To Carry Out Successful Isv Tests; Transporting The Vehicles To And From The Test Location
