1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Internal Road In Błędów.2. The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Błędów On A 762-Meter Long Section, Consisting Of The Construction Of A Base And An Overlay Made Of Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures Along With The Renovation Of The Roadsides. The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Works: 1) Measurement Works (Surveying Services), 2) Felling Of Trees, 3) Clearing Of Tree Stumps, 4) Earthworks, 5) Milling Of The Surface (The Milling Material Is The Property Of The Contractor), 6) Installation Of A Culvert, 7) Construction Of The Road Base, 8) Cleaning And Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt Emulsion, 9) Making A Leveling Layer Of Mass Mineral-Bituminous Thickness 5 Cm,10) Making A Wearing Course Of Mineral-Bituminous Mass, Thickness. 4 Cm,11) Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate,12) Cleaning Of Ditches,13) Installation Of Vertical Markings,14) Finishing Works3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Swz:3.1. Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Provided That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding3.2. Appendix No. 10 To Swz - Bid Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary)3.3. Annex No. 11 To Swz - Design Documentation4. Warranty:4.1. The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. 4.2. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). 4.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Under The Terms Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Agreement.
