Studencka 12 - Stage V, Including Change Of Use And Adaptation Of The Western Wing, The Connector In The Central Part And The Hall Above The Hall, Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation Necessary To Put The Entire Facility Into Use. Finishing Works Regarding The Adaptation Of The Western Wing, The Connector In The Central Part And The Hall Above The Hall (Currently The Room In A Closed Shell) Include The Construction Of: • Attic Casing Made Of Plasterboards Of Class Ei60 • Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards• Floor Layers And Floors• Supplementing The Stairs Leading From The Second Floor, Including Balustrades• Ceramic Wall Cladding In Sanitary Rooms• Suspended Ceilings And Acoustic Cladding• Painting Of Rooms• Installation Of Doors And Glass Walls• Water And Sewage Installations• Central Heating And Process Heat Installations With A Heat Distribution Center• Mechanical Ventilation Installations• Electrical And Low-Current Installations• Fire Protection Installations (Including Ssp)• Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation Before Putting The Entire Facility Into Use. The Works Will Be Performed In An Active Historic Building. The Works From May 4 To 24, 2026, In Connection With The High School Leaving Exams, Will Be Performed Within A Limited Scope Of Hours, Which The Contractor Will Agree With The Ordering Party And Include In The Material And Financial Schedule. The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Inspection Of The Building.
