The Subject Of The Order Is: Organization Of Summer Holidays For 29 People - Children And Youth Up To 18 Years Of Age In Family And Institutional Foster Care, In One Stay (9 Nights).1) Date Of The Holiday: From June 29, 2026 To August 23, 2026.2) Location Of The Holiday: Within 250 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Increase In The Number Camp Participants, And The Final Amount Of Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Number Of People Participating In The Camp. The Value Of The Order Will Be The Product Of The Number Of People Actually Participating In The Holiday And The Gross Price Of Organizing The Camp For 1 Person Provided By The Contractor. If The Number Of Children And Teenagers Registering To Participate In Summer Recreation Is Insufficient To Achieve The Purpose Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract, Without Any Claims For Damages From The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Occurrence Of Such A Situation Up To 1 Week Before The Planned Departure. The Services Should Be Provided With Due Diligence And Maintaining The Highest Standards. Due To The Fact That The Order Concerns Work With Children And Youth, In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Execution Of The Order By A Person Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offenders. The Persons Indicated To Perform The Order Will Be Verified At The Stage Of The Procedure By The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract In The Above-Mentioned. Register.
