1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Medical University Of Gdańsk. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Basic Order: Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Annex No. 3 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 7 - Price Form. Individual Orders Will Be Implemented Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Fulfill 30% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Basic Order, Without The Need To Change The Terms Of The Agreement. B) Order Covered By The Option: Increasing The Order With Additional Catering Services For Units Of The Medical University Of Gdańsk Up To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Basic Order.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Activation Of The Option Right Will Be Possible After The Gross Value Of The Basic Order Has Been Used. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Part Of The Order Defined As An Option Is An Entitlement And Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Not Use The Option Or Use It To A Lesser Extent. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Providing The Service Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 And 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Price Form. 6. The Number (Size) And Type Of The Ordered Sets Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Therefore The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Price Form Is An Estimate. Orders Placed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract May Differ Numerically For Individual Sets From The Numbers Given In The Offer Form (They May Be Larger, Smaller Or Absent At All), However, The Total Value Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Total Price Included In The Offer Of The Selected Contractor.7. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Carefully Read The Content Of All Documents Constituting The Tender Documentation, Which Should Be Read Together With Any Modifications And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Proceedings.8. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
