1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along District Road No. 2496P, Section Otusz - Otusz Railway Station - City And Commune Of Buk (In The Design And Build Formula). The Task Includes The Development Of Design Documentation And Reconstruction/Expansion Of A Section Of Approximately 2.3 Km Of District Road No. 2496P In The Town Of Otusz, Commune. Buk In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path And Reconstruction Of The Road Surface. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Build Bicycle Infrastructure With A Length Of At Least 2,300 Km. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland Program For 2021-2027. Project Title: Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Poznań Metropolis - Stage Ii.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Fup - Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex 9 To The Swz. The Beginning Of The Section Is Located At Km 2+100 In The Town Of Otusz, While The End Is At The Intersection With The District Road 2500P Before The Town Of Skrzynki (Km 4+315). In Relation To The Site Plan Attached To The Fup, The Following Changes Should Be Made: A) Move The Sewage Island (Traffic Calming Element) From Km 2+090 To The Area Of Km 2+130, B) At The Beginning Of The Section Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Road, Connect It To The Road Of The District Road In The Form Of An Exit Perpendicular To The Edge Of The Road, C) Move The Sewage Island (Traffic Calming Element) From Km 4+237 To The Area Of Km 4+200,D) Construct A Pedestrian Crossing/Bicycle Crossing At Approximately Km 4+250,E) Extend The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Infrastructure On The Northern And Southern Sides Of Road 2496P From Km 4+250 To The Intersection With Road 2500P (The Proposed Solution Is Presented In The Drawing Powiedz_2500P.Pdf). Note That The Surface Structures Are Incorrectly Described On The Normal Cross-Sections - Surface Structures Should Be Used In Accordance With Descriptive Part Of The Pfu.3. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation: A) Construction Design Together With Obtaining A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment With Immediate Feasibility, B) Technical Design, C) Detailed Design.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Relevant Legal Provisions And Standards.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, 2) Carrying Out Authors Supervision, 3) Preparatory Works (Marking Out, Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs, Demolition Of Existing Road Elements), 4) Securing Technical Infrastructure, Removing Collisions With External Devices, Industry Works, 5) Carrying Out Earthworks, 6) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, 7) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System And Drainage Elements, 8) Constructi
