The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Other Activities Related To The Construction Of The Municipal Road No. 114036G In The Town Of Kruszyna, Located On Plots No. 215, 207, 224, Kruszyna District, In The Kobylnica Commune, Together With The Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Acceptance Documentation, Through: 1) Construction Of The Municipal Road No. 114036G, Located On The Plots No. 215, 207, 224, Kruszyna District, With A Hardened Surface Made Of C25/30 Cement Concrete, With A Road Width Of 3.5 M And A Total Length Of 202 M, 2) Construction Of Roadsides On Both Sides Paved With Crushed Aggregate, 0.75 M Wide, 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits To The Plots Located Along The Above-Mentioned Roads With A Hardened Surface Made Of Cement Concrete Class C25/30, 4) Construction Of Passing Roads With A Hardened Surface Made Of Cement Concrete Class C25/30, 1.5 M Wide And 25 M Long, 5) Restoration Of Green Areas By Covering Them With Topsoil And Sowing The Layer With Grass, 6) Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works, And 7) Preparation And Acceptance Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource Post-Construction Surveying Inventory,8) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation,9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Completion Of The Works.2. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of Documentation Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Used To Report The Execution Of Works To The Competent Authorities.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Section 1 And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law By Means Of Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials That Meet The Requirements Of The Standards, Have Appropriate Certificates And Technical Approvals And Technical Parameters Established In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Solutions Indicated In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb Or Equivalent, Are Allowed.6.
