The Subject Of The Order Is For The Contractor To Inspect The Content Of Tetrahydrocannabinol (Thc) In Fibrous Hemp On Farms Selected By The Ordering Party Throughout The Country And To Prepare Inspection Reports, Hereinafter Referred To As Inspection Reports, The Template Of Which Is An Annex To The Instructions, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).2. 2.2. The Scope Of The Inspections Entrusted To The Contractor Will Include Collecting Samples From Hemp Plantations Selected For Inspection, Delivering Them To The Laboratory, Determining The Tetrahydrocannabinol (Thc) Content, Preparing Inspection Reports For Selected Farms And Submitting Them To The Ordering Party Within The Deadline Referred To In § 3 Section 5 Point 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Activities Will Be Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Inspection.
