The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A Water Pipeline From 110 Pe Pipes Connected By Butt And Electrofusion Welding To The Existing Ø 110 Pe Water Supply Network And Inclusion In The Dn 110 Network By Installing A Cast Iron Tee With A Diameter Of 80 Mm With Connectors And A Socket-Flange Gate Valve Type E.2) Assembly Above-Ground Hydrants With A Diameter Of 80 Mm,3) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including Geological Documentation And A Report For The Liquidation Of A Deep Well,4) Above-Ground And Underground Marking Of The Water Supply Route,5) Construction Of Water Supply Connections, 10 Pieces,6) Construction Of An Underground Pressure Boosting Station With A Set Of 3 Pumps, Fencing And Monitoring,7) Replacement Of The Pumping Unit In The Chlebowo Hydrophore Station Along With The Installation Of Technological Line Equipment: Tanks Filters, Closed Filters, Iron Removers And Deaerators Of Demineralized Water, 8) Performing A Tightness Test And Necessary Tests, 9) Restoring The Area To The Condition Before The Investment. Reconstruction Of The Surface (Especially In The Road) In Accordance With The Arrangements With The Road Manager, 10) Making And Erecting Two Information Boards, In Accordance With The Principles Indicated In The Promotion And Information Strategy Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan - Board 120X60 Cm. Installation Of The Board Immediately After The Commencement Of Construction Works, Notes: The Works Are To Be Carried Out In An Open Trench Due To The Ease Of Acceptance Of The Investment. Open Excavation Allows For Thorough Preparation Of The Excavation Bottom, Removal Of Non-Bearing Soil And Preparation Of Appropriate Sand Bedding. This Is Crucial For The Stability Of The Pipeline. The Investment Will Be Co-Financed From The Funds Of The National Reconstruction Plan To Increase Resilience Under Investment B3.1.1 Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas.
