General Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Procedure Concerns The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of Eight Single-Family Terraced Residential Buildings Located In Oświęcim At Zaborska Street, Also Called Investment Task Or Investment In The Order Documents. 2) The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, Through The Implementation Of Construction Works, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment And The Implementation Of All Accompanying Activities As Part Of The Investment. 3) Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Point 4) Along With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Warranty And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Order Attached To The Swz: A) Designs, B) Arrangements, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Contract Template For This Public Procurement, E) Template Of The Warranty Document.4) The Quantitative Scopes Of Works Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes (In The Bill Of Quantities) Are Values Estimates And Are Subject To Change. The Indicated Quantities Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Order Services In The Quantities Specified In These Documents. 2. Documents Published By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Proceedings In Question, Including The Documents Referred To In Section 1 Point 3, Constitute A Whole And Are The Basis For Contractors To Prepare An Offer, Subject To The Reservation Referred To In Section 5.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Full, I.E. Together With Accompanying Works Not Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary For The Proper And Proper Performance Of The Order. 4. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Established In The Form Of A Lump Sum Remuneration Payable Post-Construction In Parts, With Partial Payments In The Amount Offered By The Contractor (The Offer Evaluation Criterion Should Be Indicated In The Offer).5. The Bill Of Quantities Published By The Ordering Party Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Serves To Estimate The Value Of The Offer. The Design Documentation (Construction/Execution Design) Is Of Primary Importance In This Respect, And Any Errors In The Bill Of Quantities Do Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Carry Out The Full Scope Of Work.
