Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services, Preparing And Delivering Meals For Patients Of Spzoz - Gzoz In Moszczenica, Taking Into Account Diets And Caloric Values.
1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of All-Day Meals For Patients Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility, In Accordance With Established Nutritional Standards, Specialized Diets, Meal Serving Schedules And Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements.2. The Ordering Party Anticipates An Estimated Annual Number Of Meals Constituting The 24-Hour Feeding Of Patients During The Implementation Period Of Approximately 10,800 Person-Days. The Given Quantities Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Actual Occupancy Of The Zol - The Actual Quantities Of Meals Ordered By The Ordering Party Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Depending On The Changing Number Of Patients.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Requirements And: 1) Comply With The Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, While Ensuring The Quality Of Food In Accordance With The Recommendations Regarding Standards And Nutrients And Food Products For Patients In Health Care Facilities Issued By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw, Especially In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Variety, Volume And Weight Of Dishes,2) Other Applicable Regulations, I.E. Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545) On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed-Type Mass Catering Establishments, Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 Of The Parliament Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 29 April 2004 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Oj L 139, 30/04/2004, As Amended) And In Regulation (Ec) No. 1935/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 October 2004 On Materials And Products Intended To Come Into Contact With Food,3) The Preparation And Transport Of Meals Will Take Place In Compliance With The Appropriate Requirements Sanitary And Epidemiological Issues Relating To Both Staff And The Conditions Of Production And Transport Of Meals - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448),4) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place With Due Diligence In Production In Accordance With The Haccp System Or Equivalent,5) The Contractor Agrees To Be Liable On The General Principles Set Out In The Code Civil Law For Any Damage Resulting From Failure To Fulfill The Above Obligations. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Swz, Part Ii - Opz (Hereinafter: Opz).2. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Pzp, Analyzed The Validity Of Dividing The Order Into Parts And Concluded That Such A Division Is Not Justified In The Proceedings In Question.
