The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Lubań Commune On The Basis Of Resolution No. Xiii/84/2024 Of The Lubań Commune Council Of December 30, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Lubań Commune2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan With An Area Of Approximately 14,234 Ha, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It. As Part Of The Task, Accompanying Studies Required By Law Must Be Prepared, Including: Environmental Impact Forecast, If Required. 3. Detailed Scope Of The Service: Planning Documentation Must Be Prepared For The Task Within The Meaning Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13 G, 13H, 13I, 13J, 13 K, Implementing Regulations And In The Manner Specified Therein, Together With A Set Of Required Arrangements And Opinions. The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Forecast Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Provisions Contained In The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments, And The Updated Ecophysiographic Student Of The Lubań Commune. If It Is Necessary To Renew Opinions, Arrangements Or Renew Public Consultations, The Contractor Will Repeat The Above-Mentioned Activities To The Necessary Extent Without Additional Remuneration. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
