The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Data Transmission Services Between The Headquarters Of The Silesian Ow Nfz In Katowice, The Backup Center And Branch Offices, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Order Will Be Executed Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Form, Which Constitute Annexes To This Tor. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Provide For And Specify The Conditions For A Possible Change In The Content Of The Contract. The Contractor Who Proposes A Technical Solution Related To The Installation Of New Technical Infrastructure In A Given Location /E.G. Installation Of Additional Installations Or Devices (E.G. On The Roof, Façade Or Other Rooms Of A Given Building) In Addition To The Existing Cabling In A Given Location Or Making Changes To The Existing Infrastructure/, Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration In The Offer Form That, Before Submitting The Offer, It Has Made Appropriate Arrangements With The Owner Of A Given Facility Regarding The Adopted Technical Solutions Related To The Launch Of The Service In A Given Location, Obtaining His Acceptance (In Writing Or By E-Mail).
