Neptuna (Lbo) In The Design And Build Formula. 1. The Scope Of Design Work Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Legnica Commune The Required Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Resulting From Legal Provisions, Including, Among Others: Building Permit Decision; 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Paths And Highlighting The Elements Of Small Architecture Located In The Area In Question; Power Supply From The Electrical Network2) Purchase And Installation Of The Lbo Board. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter 4 Of The Idw_Documentation And In Chapter 3_Draft Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractors Make A Local Site Visit Before Preparing The Offer, In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Execution Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And To Obtain Any Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Evaluation Of The Works, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary For The Execution Is Excluded. Orders. The Costs Associated With Carrying Out A Site Visit Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
