1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Mobile Set Of Sanitary And Hygienic Equipment - 4 Sets. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Contract No. Kpod.07.05-Ip.10-0022/24/Kpo/1211/2025/100 For Support For The Project Titled Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With The Increase In Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Piast Silesian Medical University In Wrocław - Project No. 4 Establishment Of The Medical Simulation Center At The Branch In Wałbrzych, Which Is An Element Of Investment D2.1.1 Entitled Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing Admission Limits For Medical Studies Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) Specified In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments (The So-Called Eu Taxonomy), And The Expected Delivery Of The Indicated Products Will Not Have A Significant Negative Impact On Any Of The Six Environmental Objectives Referred To In Art. 17 Above Regulations, I.E.: Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation To Climate Change, Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, Transition To A Circular Economy, Pollution Prevention And Control, As Well As Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Technical Information Sheet (Annex No. 2, Part 1 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In The Technical Information Sheet. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).5. The Place Of Delivery Is: Branch Wałbrzych, Ul. Zamkowa 4, 58-300 Wałbrzych, From Monday To Friday From 7:30 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Ensuring Proper Transport To Guarantee Safe And Fault-Free Delivery. 6. The Ordering Party Provides The Amount It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order, Which Is Gross: Pln 9,102.00
