1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Performance Of Individual Surveying Works By The Contractor Based On Orders Placed By The Ordering Party.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparation Of Surveying Documentation For The Purposes Of Regulating The Legal Status In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 73 Of The Act Of October 13, 1998. Provisions Introducing Acts Reforming Public Administration (Journal Of Laws 133, Item 872, As Amended), In Order To Regulate The Legal Status Of Real Estate Occupied For District Roads In Żywiec County (The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Triplicate And Should Contain A Graphic And Descriptive Part Both When The Plot Is Divided And When, As A Result Of Reopening The Border, The Contractor Proves That The Entire Plot Is Occupied By The Road Or States That There Is No Occupation); 2) Preparation Of Surveying Documentation For The Purposes Of Municipalization In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 60 Of The Act Of October 13, 1998.
