The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Łańcut Commune In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns In Domestic And Foreign Traffic. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Law, I.E.: 2.1.
