The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is The Supply Of Ground Crushed Concrete With A Fraction Of: 1) 0-31.5 Mm (The Share Of The 15-31.5 Mm Fraction In 1 Ton Cannot Be Less Than 70%); 2) 0-63 Mm (The Share Of The 31.5 - 63 Mm Fraction In 1 Ton Cannot Be Less Than 70%), The Aggregate Should Be Obtained In A Technological Process Ensuring Uniformity Fractions And Properties Enabling Its Use For Hardening Road Surfaces. Crushed Concrete With An Admixture Of Reclaimed Material Or Stone Is Allowed. The Presence Of Brick Is Not Allowed. Minimum Order Quantity - 1,400 Tons. It Is Assumed That 80-100% Of The Order Will Be Fine Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm And 0-20% Of The Order Will Be Coarse Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0-63 Mm, Depending On The Condition Of Municipal Roads. The Exact Proportions Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Condition Of Municipal Roads. The Maximum Order Quantity Will Be The Equivalent Of Pln 155,000.00 Gross. The Ordering Party Estimates That For The Amount Of Pln 155,000.00 It Will Be Able To Purchase 1,500 Tons Of Crushed Concrete With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm And 400 Tons Of Crushed Concrete With A Fraction Of 0-63 Mm And Such Quantities Were Accepted For The Valuation Of The Offer. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase 1,400 Tons Of Ground Crushed Concrete With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm. The Remaining Quantity Constitutes An Option Right And Will Depend On The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor And The Needs Of The Ordering Party.
