Request for proposals for Framework Agreement for Provision of Microsoft 365 Licenses and Related Microsoft Azure Consumption-Based Services and Billing. GGGI is inviting eligible consulting firms or a consortium of firms to submit their proposals for the following scope of work: PROJECT BACKGROUND: GGGI is fully utilizing the Cloud Platforms and Microsoft Office 365 have been crucial part of ICT infrastructure of GGGI since the first deployment in 2013. Since the first deployment Office 365 in GGGI in 2013, the utilization of Microsoft Cloud Platform has continuously grown both in number of users and type of services and licenses. Microsoft Cloud Platform serves now as both platform for the collaboration and communication platform for Identity and Security, including Single Sign On setup with other GGGI Cloud applications and as platform for other Cloud Infrastructure and Services with Microsoft EntraID, serving the GGGI end users of approx. 840 that are spread over 50 country offices around the world in addition to the Head Quarter in Seoul, South Korea. The objective of the project is to contract a supplier to provide Microsoft Cloud licenses and related services in license provision, including billing, adjustment of available user licenses, and adding licenses and services for other Microsoft Cloud products thereby enabling flexible and agile license utilization and deployment of Microsoft Cloud Platforms. ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: The supplier is to provide Microsoft Cloud product subscriptions and licenses, including billing, monitoring, and related services with an object to: enable GGGI to continue usage of Microsoft services without disruption optimal utilization and availability of Microsoft Cloud products meeting the GGGI user requirements and provide agility and flexibility when GGGI sees need to increase/decrease and/or change type and number of Microsoft Cloud subscriptions Further, the supplier is to provide recommendation, consultation, and advice to identify the best Microsoft Cloud services, products, and contract types such as EA or NCE for optimal usage and utilization of Microsoft Cloud platform, and act as linkage and first line of support between Microsoft and GGGI for escalation of technical issues and service degradation. Note: If any bidder has any request for clarification on the TOR or any part of the tender documents, GGGI will be happy to clarify if the request is received on or before 7 days before the deadline (namely: if the tender submission deadline is 16:00 15 April KST, then the due date for submission of request for clarification is 16:00 8 April KST). Interested parties will be required to register their details on the GGGI e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). HOW TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS: Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting View Details on the relevant notice and then clicking the Tender Application button. If you are a new supplier, you will be required to register your details. If you have an existing account, you will need to login to the portal. Please refer to the guidance documents under the `Supplier Guidance` area of the portal for further information. ONLINE TENDER MANAGEMENT: Once in the Tender Management Area for the tender, there are five possible tabs: Tender, `Tender Documents`, Correspondence, Clarifications and History. Scroll down to the heading Tender Documents Received where you will be able to view / download the documents.
