The Hospital Requires Establishing High-Performance And High-Availability Connectivity Between Its Facilities At Manuel Montt 115, In Order To Ensure The Operational Continuity Of Its Clinical, Administrative And Internal Communications Services. The Institution Currently Has Approximately 4,000 Computers Connected To The Institutional Network And Has A 200 Mbps Link, Which Is Insufficient To Meet Operational Demand, Institutional Systems, Online Services, Clinical-Administrative Platforms, Videoconferences, Cloud Services And Critical Applications. It Is Necessary To Increase The Installed Capacity And Establish A Redundancy Scheme By Contracting Two Independent Links Of 1 Gbps Symmetrical Each Via Fiber Optics. The Contracting Of The Service Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Current Legislation, Administrative And Technical Bases, Technical Specifications Detailed In Annexes No. 1, And The Other Annexes That Constitute The Aforementioned Call For Bids. The Contracting Of The Service Must Include Installation, Implementation, Training, Operation, And Support, As Well As Other Costs Derived As Appropriate. Due To The Nature Of The Service, A Link Is Required For Each Provider Under The Following Conditions: • Each Link Must Be Provided By A Different Internet Provider. • Each Link Must Have Independent Fiber Optic Infrastructure. The Evaluation And Award Of This Tender Will Be Multiple Among The Offers, Given The Eventual Interruptions Of The Dedicated Links, This, In Order To Maintain Operational Connectivity For The Clinical And Administrative Areas Of The Hospital. The Evaluation Commission Will Determine The Multiple Award Between The Offers Based On The Evaluation Criteria And According To The Result Of The Evaluation For The Assignment Of Scores As Established In Point 9.8 Of Item Ii.
