The Purpose Of These Terms And Conditions Is To Establish The Conditions For Contracting The Services Of Maintenance, Repair And Generation Of The Infrastructure (Submersible Electric Pumps) Related To The Wastewater Lifting Plants (Peas) And The Smapa Treatment Plant, As Well As The Supply Of Pumps For The Only Public Sanitation Facility In The Country, Belonging To The Illustrious Municipality Of Maipú, With The Purpose Of Providing Continuity Of Service In The Wastewater Networks Within The Entire Concession. All Of The Above In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Administrative Bases, The Technical Bases And All Their Annexes.
