Vendor to provide Beer Tent Concession Operation per specifications during Illinois State Fair at the State Fair Beer Tents. This will be a concession contract allowed under Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/53-10) and awarded to the highest bidder with the best return to the State.
