The Goal Of The Market Dialogue Is To Gain Insights Into The Potential Uses Of The Building And Related Development Needs, Which Support The Revitalization Of The Area And The Development Of The Service Offering. Attached Is A Blueprint Of The Area, Floor Plans And Exterior Views Of The Site, As Well As Financial Performance Data Of The Site From The Year When The Building Was Still In Use As A Daycare Center. The Building. In Connection With The Purchase Of The Building, The Plot Remains Owned By The City Of Naantali And Is Leased To The Buyer Of The Building Under A Separate Lease Agreement. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map Out What Kind Of Opportunities The Building That Used To Be A Daycare Center Can Offer The Area In The Future.
