The Market Survey Organized In The Form Of A Market Dialogue Is Carried Out For The Preparation Of The Acquisition Of The Vehicle Location, Logbook And Utilization Monitoring System Of The Etelä-Savo Welfare Area. Register For The Market Dialogue In The Tender Service By The Deadline Of The Announcement On March 23, 2026 At 10:30 A.M. Vendor-Specific Discussions Will Be Arranged With Those Who Have Registered For The Market Dialogue Via Teams Remote Connection. The Discussions Will Be Tentatively Organized During April. The Procurement Unit Requests To Submit Written Comments On The Attached Requirements Definition (Items 1 - 7) And Possible Service Descriptions When Registering. The Organization Of The Market Survey Does Not Oblige The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Actual Procurement, Nor Does It Obligate The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Information Obtained During The Market Survey When Preparing A Possible Request For Tender. The Suppliers Are Not Compensated For Participating In The Market Survey, And The Etelä-Savo Welfare Area Does Not Reimburse The Costs Incurred From The Market Survey. Participating In The Market Survey Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Possible Tender Later. Participating Or Not Participating In The Market Survey Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Procurement Unit Does Not Start The Bidding Process With This Notice, But A Possible Procurement Notice And Request For Tenders Will Be Published Later In Accordance With The Procurement Act.
