The Service Is Used For Information, Alerts, Appointment Booking And Reminder Messages, As Well As For Two-Way Communication. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Public Procurement In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Goal Is To Acquire The Most Economically Affordable Sms Service Solution That Meets The Functional, Technical, Information Security And Data Protection Requirements Set In The Request For Tenders And Is Suitable For Use By The Public Sector. The Service To Be Procured Must Include Sending Sms Messages To Finland And, If Necessary, Abroad, Receiving Messages For Two-Way Communication, Interfaces To The Procurement Units Information Systems, As Well As Managing The Use Of The Service, Reporting, Technical Support And Maintenance. The Procurement Does Not Include A Minimum Purchase Obligation.
