This Master Plan Must Guide Both The Rca Vielsalm, The Municipality Of Vielsalm And The Sports Clubs And Associations Throughout The Development Of The Site. In Order To Validate With Them The Feasibility Of The Project. The Master Plan Must, Where Applicable, Propose A Phasing Of Implementation. The Procedure Chosen Is That Of The Open Procedure.
