This Assignment Concerns The Second Phase Of The Reconstruction Of The Zoet Water Site In Oud-Heverlee. The Site Consists Of Five Historic Ponds With Surrounding Forest, Catering Facilities, A Playground, A Community Center, A Chapel And The Streekhuis Dijleland. An Integrated Design Was Drawn Up For The Site With The Aim Of Increasing The Natural Value, Better Integrating The Ponds Into The Valuable Environment And Providing Space For Water Experience In Coordination With The Intended Nature Objectives. The Reconstruction Will Take Place In Two Phases, Both In Terms Of Tendering And Realization. This Assignment Concerns The Realization Of Phase 2 And Mainly Concerns The Relocation Of The Vaalbeek And The Environmental Construction (Parking, Walking Paths, Recreational Infrastructure, Including Experience Elements).
