The Tilapalvelut Liikelaisto Of The City Of Espoo (Later The Client) Is Asking For Bids For The Renovation Of The Smedsby School Yard As A Complete Contract. Visit: The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Site Before Submitting The Offer. The Customer Will Choose One Supplier Based On The Tender. The Preliminary Contract Period Is 1 June 2026 – 9 October 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Total Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Procurement Quantities.
