This Request For Information Is Intended To Clarify Questions And Price Estimates Related To The Procurement Of Cleaning Services Planned By The Procurement Unit. The Goal Of The Information Request Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About Cleaning Services And Their Markets, So That The Future Tender Can Be Carried Out As Expediently As Possible. In The Other Conditions Section Of This Information Request, Questions Related To The Procurement Are Presented. We Ask Bidders Interested In The Procurement To Familiarize Themselves With The Information Request And To Submit Answers And Comments To The Questions Presented In The Other Conditions Section. The Procurement Unit Treats The Responses To The Request For Information As Confidential And Only Uses Them In The Preparation Of The Request For Tender And Tendering. Answering The Questions Does Not Oblige Your Company To Participate In The Actual Tendering Process, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tendering Process. Answering Does Not Affect Your Companys Position In The Actual Tender.
