In Order To Communicate This Data To Our Internal Network, We Have Deployed Airwalls At Each Customer Building Which Prevents Any Cybersecurity Attacks And A Potential Attack On The City’S Network. When The Airwalls Were First Commissioned, They Were Supposed To Be On Perpetual Licence. However, Tempered Networks, Who Are The Owners Of This Technology, Changed This To Annual Licensing. As Such, The Neu Has To Renew The Software Licence For Each Airwall Annually. Reasons For The Direct Award: Gray Matter Systems Are The Official Vendor For Tempered Networks In Canada. Term: 1-Year The Contract Is Valued At Approximately: $47,124.00 Cad
