The Client Is Looking For One Contractor Who, During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Is Able To Propose Suitable Candidates For Flexible And Temporary Hiring Of It Staff At Short Notice. The Assignment Concerns A Broker Function For The Hiring Of It Personnel To Meet A Knowledge And/Or Capacity Need. The Following Elements Are Within The Scope Of This Assignment: Broker Function With Recruitment And Selection: The Contractor Recruits, Selects And Offers Suitable Candidates In Relation To The Specific Further Request. This Request Can Be Based On Either A Performance Obligation Or A Result Obligation. The Contractor Selects The 3 Best Candidates Per Application And Offers Them. If The Client Decides To Hire A Proposed Candidate, The Contractor Will Ensure That A Further Model Agreement Is Concluded With The Self-Employed Person Or A Secondment Agreement With The Lender. The Contractor Also Offers Administrative And (If Desired) Legal And Tax Support. A Candidate Can Be A Self-Employed Person Or An Employee Of A Third Party. The Client Can Propose Suitable Candidates Who Will Then Be Included By The Contractor In The Selection If There Is A Specific Further Request. Broker Position With Recruitment And Selection Where The Hired Employee Will, Over Time, Be Employed By The University Of Twente (Deta-Vast). Apart From The Above-Mentioned Deta-Vast Hiring, No Direct Agreements Are Concluded Between The Candidate And The University Of Twente. Hiring Of Staff For The Customer Service Department, Whereby Staff Are Hired For A Longer Period Of Time To Work In The Department. A Deta-Permanent Construction Is Possible In Which The Client Employs The Hired Employee Over Time. The Contractor Has An Agreement With A Self-Employed Person Or An Agreement With Another Supplier For The Personnel To Be Provided. Therefore, A Maximum Of One (1) Link Is Allowed And Therefore Only One Storage.
