Survey Services – Service Market - Liege - Werihet - Development And Implementation Project Of An Economic Activity Park. Purpose Of The Contract The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Plans, Studies And Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Equipment Work Of The Economic Activity Park Known As “Wérihet” In Liège, The Management, Control And Monitoring Of This Work. The Site Known As “Wérihet” Is A Site Of Around Thirty Hectares Located At The Northern Entrance To The City Of Liège, Directly Bordering The E25 And E42 Motorways, And Directly Accessible Via The Wandre Interchange. This Is Urbanizable Land, Mainly Included In The Industrial Zone In The Sector Plan. By Decision Of The City Of Liège And Aide In 1953, The Site Must Be Backfilled Prior To Any Occupation, So As Not To Have To Permanently Drain The Water. This Preliminary Backfilling Stage Is Partially Completed And Is Also Part Of The Future Capital Works Contract. The Area Recognition File Was Developed And Submitted By Spi In July 2015 To The Dgo6 - General Directorate Of The Economy. The Acknowledgment Of Receipt Was Issued In April 2016 By The Depa (Directorate Of Equipment For Business Parks). The Ministerial Decree Relating To The Adoption Of The Recognition Perimeter Of The “Wandre Wérihet” Economic Activity Zone Was Issued On May 7, 2019. Budget The Equipment And Implementation Work Of The Economic Activity Park Is Estimated At Eur 11,500,000 Including Vat. Skills The Bidder Must Propose An Offer Including All Of The Following Skills: - Engineer With Experience In The Development Of Infrastructure Linked To Roadways, Impregnants, Drainage, Electromechanical Equipment, Etc.; - Engineer With Experience In The Development Of A Heating Network; - Landscaper; - Mobility Expert; - Surveyor; - Health And Safety Coordinator. The Mission Includes A Mission To Coordinate The Various Stakeholders Listed Above And Any External Stakeholders Necessary To Successfully Complete The Mission Entrusted To It. The Details Of The Project Authors Missions (Engineer, Architecture, Landscaper, Etc.) Are Included In Chapter Iii Description Of Technical Requirements. This Contract Includes Three (3) Firm Tranches And Two (2) Conditional Tranches: Tranche 1 (Firm) – Equipment For The Economic Activities Park: - Complete Mission Of Study And Design Of Roads And Technical Infrastructures Relating To The Creation Of The Economic Activities Park, Including The Embankments As Well As The Specific Drainage Network (In Particular Storm Basin, Sinking And Discharge Network Into The Meuse For Runoff Water) ; - The Mission Also Includes The Development Of Permit And Award Files, Coordination, Planning, Direction, Control, Surveillance And Safety – Health Coordination (Cpv 71317210-8) Of The Work; - The Mission Also Includes The Compilation Of All Project, Execution And Response Documents
