Architectural Services For Buildings – Mpi For Polymer Research - Poly101 - Renovation Of Construction And Technical Infrastructure, Component 3 And Lecture Hall - Building Object Planning. The Max Planck Institute For Polymer Research (Mpi) Is Located Between The University Of Applied Sciences Campus And The Johannes Gutenberg University Campus In The Mainz-Bretzenheim District. The Mpi Facility Was Built In Four Construction Phases. The First Construction Phase Was Completed In 1988. The Second Phase Of Construction Followed As An Extension Of The Main Building In 1990, And The Third Phase Of Expansion Completed The Building Complex In 1998. In 2006, Component 4 With An Office Wing And Nmr Area Was Moved Into. The Areas To Be Renovated In Component 3 Total 2,250 M² Nf 1-6; Of This, Around 1,760 M² Are In The Laboratory Area (Basement/ Ground Floor/ 1St + 2Nd Floor) And Around 490 M² Nf 1-6 Are In The Lecture Hall Building (Ground Floor + 1St Floor + Gallery). The Renovation Of The Technical Shafts And Changes To Ventilation Pipes Are Planned, Insofar As This Is Necessary To Create Structural Fire Protection. The Upcoming Renovation Measures In Component 3 (Laboratory And Lecture Hall Building, Built In 1998) Include The Building Construction, Hvac And Electrical Trades, The Technical Building Equipment Of Which Has Been Almost Unchanged For 35 Years.
