The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Legal Advice To The Persons Listed In The Zd (Hereinafter Referred To As Clients) Regarding Their Legal Status According To Act No. 325/1999 Coll., On Asylum (Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Asylum), Act No. 326/1999 Coll., On The Residence Of Foreigners In The Territory Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On The Residence Of Foreigners) And Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) No. 2024/1351. Legal Advice Refers To Proceedings Conducted In Accordance With The Aforementioned Laws Before An Administrative Body - The Ministry Of The Interior, The Police Of The Czech Republic (Řscp, Křp) In The First Instance And In Administrative Appeal Proceedings.
