The Subject Of The Assignment Concerns A Multi-Year (4 Years) Framework Agreement With One Or More Entrepreneurs (Max. 5) For The Saturation Of The Aec. Each Provider Must Meet Ivagos Weekly Demand And The (Technical) Safety Requirements That Ivago Prescribes When Unloading The Waste. The Total Annual Saturation Tonnage Is Expected To Be 25,000 Tonnes - This Is A Guideline Value. The Provider(S) Must Meet The Weekly Quantities That Ivago Orders. The Providers Ensure An Optimal Logistics Flow To Ivago And Register All Transports In A Timely Manner In The Ivago Registration App. The Providers Who, As Collectors, Traders Or Brokers, Supply Industrial Residual Waste For Incineration Are Responsible And Guarantee The Correct Collection And Delivery Of Industrial Residual Waste. This Means That The Collector, Trader, Broker Complies With All Provisions And Obligations Of Art. 6.1.1.4, Art 4.5.2 And Section 5.5 Of Vlarema Works When It Concerns Industrial Waste.
