In Parts Of Buildings A, B And C To The South, As Well As Buildings D And F, Water Intrusion From Facades And Roofs Has Been Recorded. There Is Currently No Recorded Water Intrusion Elsewhere In The Buildings. In The Years 2022 – 24, The Institute Of Technology Has Carried Out Physical Inspections And Analyzes Of Roofs And Facades In Various Places In The Buildings And Found Construction Technical Errors Which Can Be Dated Back To The Construction Of The Building. Inspections And Analyzes Show That There Is Significant Degradation Of Organic Materials And Joints In The Facades, Which Does Not Constitute A Constructive Risk, But An Increased Future Risk Of Water Ingress In Areas That Are Not Renovated. This Tender Deals With The Design And Improvement Of Parts Of Facades And Roofs. Section 137, Subsection 1, No. 6 Does Not Apply To This Tender.
