The New Fire Station Must Generally Consist Of The Following Rooms/Functions: Changing Room With Shower And Sauna, Washing Facilities For Fire Equipment, Emergency Garage For The Fire Trucks, Emergency Managers Car, Etc., Washroom For Washing The Vehicles, Workshop For Minor Repairs, Tire Changes, Etc., Warehouse, Depot, Control Center And Office For The Emergency Manager, Other Offices, Including For The Manager, Teaching Rooms, Kitchen-Dining Room And Living Room And Bedroom. The Building Has A Total Of Approx. 3,500 Net M2. The Area Outside The Fire Station Must Include A Large Area Where The Large Vehicles Can Easily And Safely Get In And Out Of The Emergency Garage, Laundry Hall Etc.
