Ventilation Installation Work – Air Conditioning Systems (Kg 430). The Museum Of Hamburg History At Holstenwall 24 In Hamburg Was Built Between 1914 And 1922 And Is A Listed Building. As Part Of The Current Construction Project, The Building Will Be Extensively Renovated As Well As The Exhibition And Functional Areas Will Be Reorganized And Modernized. At The Same Time, The Technical Building Equipment Will Be Completely Renewed In Order To Ensure The Future Requirements For Museum Operations, Energy Requirements And Conservation Conditions. The Building Includes The Following Main Uses: - Lower Ground Floor: Functional And Storage Areas, Workshops, Restoration Rooms, Office Space, Depots As Well As Kitchen And Technical Rooms (Heating/Cooling, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical). - Ground Floor: Areas For Special And Temporary Exhibitions, Gastronomy With Kitchen, Foyer, Shop And Event Area. - 1St And 2Nd Floors: Areas For Permanent Exhibitions And Administration Rooms. - Attic: Further Exhibition Areas, Administrative Areas, Storage And Workshop Rooms. Several Central Supply And Exhaust Air Systems With Heat Recovery, Filtration, Heating, Cooling And, In Some Cases, Air Humidification Are Used To Supply The Building. In Addition, Additional Partial Air Conditioning Systems Such As Single-Room Fans And Fans Within The Air Duct Network Are Used In Individual Usage Units. The Systems Supply The Exhibition Areas, The Catering Area, The Kitchen And Technical Ancillary Rooms. The Central Air Conditioning Systems Are Arranged In Three Technical Areas In The Basement And Supply The Different Usage Zones According To The Climate Categories A To C Defined For The Museum. The Air Is Distributed Via Duct Networks With Fire Protection, Sound Insulation And Flow Elements As Well As Suitable Air Diffusers. Essential Work: - Construction Of Ventilation Systems, - Construction Of Systems For Air Distribution, - Construction Of Systems For Ventilation Of A Catering Unit, - Construction Of Systems For The Removal Of Contaminated Air From Digestories, Solvent Storage Facilities And Workshops. Execution Deadlines: Execution Must Begin Immediately After The Order Is Placed. The Service Must Be Completed By June 30, 2028 At The Latest, Taking Into Account The Trial Operating Period And The Staggered Final Assembly Dates Of The Cross Outlets After Assembly Of The Exhibition Facilities. Individual Deadlines For The Completion Of The Execution: - Rlt System In Completion Up To Final Assembly In / On Exhibition Facilities = No Later Than August 30, 2027, - Trial Operation In Partial Services, First Operation Without Exhibition Installations, Ongoing Additional Components Included From August 30, 2027 Until Ahead.
