The Subject Of The Tender Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Placement Head For Thermoplastic And Thermoset Automated Fiber Placement (T-Afp & Afp) As Well As A Workpiece Positioner For Holding Molding Tools For The Placement Process. In Addition, The Tender Includes An Update Of The Existing Kuka Robot Control To Kr C5. The Services To Be Provided Are Divided Into Five Sub-Areas: 1. Delivery Of The Laying Head, 2. Delivery Of The Workpiece Positioner For The Production Of Rotationally Symmetrical And Complex Fiber-Reinforced Components, 3. Integration Of A Positioning System For The Manual And Repeatable Repositioning Of Cell Components At Defined Positions And 4. Update Of The Existing Robot Control. 5. Software Module For More Detailed Information About The Individual Work Packages And Their Requirements As Well As Further Information About The Installation Location, Please Refer To The Service List. In Addition To Delivery Free To The Point Of Use, The Scope Of Services Includes Assembly, Commissioning And Subsequent Acceptance Of The System And Instruction. In The Case Of This Procurement, The Leibniz University Of Hannover Is Bound To Funding Conditions. For This Reason, March 31, 2027 Must Be Observed As The Latest Delivery Date. Only Offers With A Delivery Date On Or Before March 31, 2027 Will Be Considered. The Final Offer Price Must Be Stated In Euros Including Vat, Shipping And All Services. A Total Price Cap Of Eur 550,000 Gross Applies To The Offers. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Most Economical Offer.
